Title: effective diet?

meron ka bang alam na effective diet?
pwedeng ikaw mismo yung gumawa or may kilala ka na effective yung particular na diet na ginawa niya.

what would be the diet? atkins pa rin ba?

less carbo..high in protein...

or

pwede rin BLENDERIZE FEEDING KA.....soft diet.....

yan ginawa ng mga doctor sa patient na mga problem sa tyan....

effective cya for dieting..... ;D

blendered? ang hirap non.. haha! mahirap sya imaintain...

I don't believe in diet fads. Kasi sooner or later you will gain all the weight you've lost. Tingin ko nasa lifestyle mo yan. Kung busog ka na, wag ka kumain, tapos! haha..

Seriously, may times kasi na ang tao ay emotional eater. Kain ng kain pag bored, depressed, stressed etc.... I think dapat kumain ka lang kapag sinasabi ng instincts mo na gutom ka. Though sa society natin ngayon mahirap gawin ito.. dahil kabi-kabila ang fast foods and parties.

at malapit na ang december. laging nakakatakot mag gain ng weight lalo na high in cholesterol ang party food kapag magpapasko. hello hamon, lechon, at kung anu-ano pa.

may nabasa ako bago sa dyaryo ngayon. isang american doctor na nakapangasawa ng pilipina. gawa rin siya diet pyramid. tapos yung basic requirement niya exercise 30mins a day tapos saka lang yung carbs etc tapos walang fats/oils na nasa tip. bale chopped off tip daw.  - to thnk napakabasic talaga, alam na ng lahat.

samahan talga dapat ng exercise.... mahirap kapag food diet lang..  ;)

beef,chicken,
tuna,rice,eat six tyms a day..

try mu din ito

Peanuts = Protein Source
Banana = Potassium
Avocado = Potassium, Vit B, E & K
Any Berry Fruits (e.g. Straberry, Blue Berry, Grapes) = Very rich in antioxidants

Wheat Bread & Oat Meal, = High in fiber and good source of Carbs
Fish (Salmon, Tuna ) = Protein and Omega3 (Good for the Heart)
Beef = Protein and Iron

......breakfast usually tuna sandwich, banana and orange juice lang
......lunch usually beef/chicken and rice
......dinner sandwich lang din

kaso ganun pa din weight ko hinde nagbago mas madalas pa nga sumasakit ulo ko sa hapon after work and I feel weak.....
