Bakit ganon parang laging tinatamad ako? :/
yung katawan ko bagsak lagi, any tips?

baka kulang ka sa vitamins, esp sa vitamin b complex. take some, at try sleeping well 8h a day  and eat more fruits and veggies, less fast food and processed foods. take orange juice

hindi nman kaya may pinoproblema ka?
ganyan kase ako pag me problema, wlang gana sa mga bagay bagay
take healthy foods, then kung wala talaga, consult a doctor

onga eh, lagi ako stress sa study at girlfriend, tapos 5-6hrs lang tulog ko, minsan wala ako kain ng almusal..
anyway, yung orange juice ba okey? anong vitamins ittake ko.. i use propan with iron

Ithink normal lang ang 5-6hrs na tulog.. ako masaya na ko ng ganito.. me mga times kasi na 2 hrs lang ang tulog ko. pang-gabi kasi ako at kailangan kong makpag-meet kay gf during the day.. kaya ayun..

sa corporate functions, ang average employee natutulog ng 5-6 hrs, hahaha
stick to one multivitamin ka, mahirap magpapalit palit ng brand
ang formula ko jan kase, tamang tulog, laklak ng tubig, saka activities pantanggal stress
if all else fails, magpacheck ka na nga

I go gym yesterday :'3
sumigla sigla nmn katawan ko at puro kain ako, inom din malamig na tubig..
Hindi kaya ng katawan ko yung 5-6hrs lang.
