Haayzz.. whey.. Ito ung nag-iisang suplement na di ko inaalis ever since nag-gym aq..

So anu nga b ang whey.. Bale ang whey eh ung protein na masmadaling i-absorb ng ktawan natin.. Tsaka since iniinom lng xa eh sobrng convenient nya gamitin.. Bale galing xa sa milk ng cow which is divided sa whey at casein proteins.. Fast absorbing c whey while slow absorbing nmn c casein. Parehas clang me role sa gym life mo.

So, ang whey eh maraming mga type.. Bale ito yun...

1. Whey Concentrate... - bale ito ung whey na meron pang mga fat at lactose.. So dun sa mga me lactose intolerance eh think muna.. Mura lang xa..

2. Whey Isolate - bale ito ung mas purong whey compare sa whey concentrate.. Ito ung ginagamit ko ever since nag-gym aq.. Bale mas puro xa... since inaalis ang fat at lactose dito compare ke concentrate.. Ang downside nya eh mejo masmahal xa kesa ke concentrate.. Bale I use ON - Whey Gold Standard kase mas mura xa..

3. Hydrolized Whey- bale ito ung prang partially dinurog yung molecules nya or something pra mas mabilis i-absorb ng katawan natin... Meaning.. masmabilis xang mapunta sa muscles natin.. So ideal xang inumin before, during at after ng work out..


After mong mag-gym.. meron kang "Golden Window" na kung san masmabilis mag-absorb ng protein ang katawan mo since nabugbog ang mga muscles mo ng sobra aka muscle overload.. Bale ito eh 30 min. to 1 hour lng after mong mag-gym.. Whey is good kase masmabilis xang mai-absorb ng ktawan unlike pagkain ng meat na matatagalan pa.. Sa pag kain ng whey eh best na samahan xa ng carb-rich food like isang pirasong saging. You can also drink your post-workout supplement.

ano naman ang maitutulong nung amino??? kailangan ko rin bang mag-take nun maliban sa whey?

hmm.. i think meron ng amino ang whey itself eh.. bale hanapin mo yung essential BCAA (branched-chain amino acids) n nkasulat sa nutri facts ng whey.. I suggest you take yung creatine or pre-workout supplement instead..

as for the pre-workout supplement like (Shotgun, NO Expload, Muscletech-Nitrotech, Jack3d, etc) eh hinde muna ako makkapgbgay ng comment bout it.. Ittry q muna tpos react aq after ng result..

Hmm.. un ung pinakamahal sa lahat ng type ng whey.... Pero affordable nmn.. Pwede kang makabile nito sa mga supplement stores like Healthy Options and GNC. Pero mahal sa GNC... over rated kase parang Haagen Dazz at Starbucks.. Cguro try mo n lng ung mga hinde sikat na tindahn like the ones in Galleria..

Kung gusto mo nmng mag-gain ng weight eh I can suggest n should buy Optimum Nutrition Serious Mass. Currently eh ito ung iniinom q.. Bale meal replacement ito.. So sa case mo eh kain ka lang nang madameng madame tpos inom ka nun. Cguradong mag-ggain k ng weight.. Aq nga eh nag-ggain n ng weight.. Yun nga lng.. dq n masuot ung iba qng mga damit.. sikip na..

just be sure you dont waste too much of your hard-earned muscles.. nababawasan kase tayo ng muscle pag nagpapapayat eh.. minimize muscle loss,,

pinakamura pa dn ung sa Cash and Carry mall along pasong tamo. paglagpas lng ng riles ng PNR.. bale baba k n lng ng buendia tpos sakay kang jeep papuntang MRT..

Actually, iniinom q to ngyn.. My weight increase from 140 lbs eh naging 170 lbs. Pero this is meron pang halong pagkain ng madame.

Sobrang effective to lalo na sa mga mapapayat 2lad ng best friend q, ikaw, sila, etc. Mashoshock k s tinde ng effectiveness nito..kht aq eh nagulat din..

hnmm... nakalimutan q na eh.. pero i advice n bilin mo ung 10 lbs nito.. mauubos mo xa for 1 month and 2 weeks. magugulat ang lahat pag nakita ka nila after this..

sabi nga ni lola sakin kahapon.

"Anu bang nakain ba't bigla kang lumake ng ganyan. (sabay pisil sa braso q.)"

i think mga more or less 3k for 10 lbs? not sure.. pero sulit yan!
