hmm.. eat 6 small meals a day pra makaiwas sa pagtakaw (binge) sa food. tpos pag gabi na eh iwas sa mga foods na starchy or ma-carbs..
anu ano ba yang starchy at macarbs.... hirap kasi sakin tapos ng work ko is around 11 pm ... gutom na ulit ako nun
hmm. to make it simple.. remove rice sa gabi..
carb rich food: rice, bread, potatoes,
excempted cla vegetables ah, sa mga carb rich food kase ma-fiber nmn cla.. so u can eat vegetables..
also umiwas ka sa mga junk foods..

hmm, kung d tlga maiiwasan eh pwedeng ontian mo n lng ung rice.. less rice, less damage sa diet mo.

mahirap nga yan. wag ka na kumain. if ever, isang fruit lang or isang yogurt.
tiis lang talaga. nag over eat ka dati kaya lumaki yan so ngayon under eat na lang. hehe
nakakatulong ba yung pagpigil minsan ng breathing... para lang di lumaki... ginagawa ko kasi to pag marami tao o nasa grupo

para masanay ka na naka stomach in. helpful also when doing exercises.

may gumamit na ba dito nung mga "abs vibrator/shaper" o "sauna belt"? effective ba yung mga yun?

personally, I dont believe in any of those abs-thingy.. Kung gustong magka-abs eh kailangan lng mag-cardio pra mabawas ang taba.. Tpos kain ng onte., You can also try having a light cardio in the morning with an empty stomach.

same. kailangan kasi bumaba yung body fat mo ng 10% or lower lalabas talaga yan kusa.

anong klaseng cardio ito marvin? ano ba ang effective na cardio exercise na kita agad ang results in weeks?
marami naman yan..
running, swimming, jump rope, cycling, rowing, etc.
basta paired with the right diet, achieve ang results na gusto.

aside from great cardio workout ang swimming, naeexercise din chest, back, shoulders, arms, abs at legs.... for short lahat ng body parts :)
nakakapagswimming lang pag weekend kasi pagod ka na pag sa hapon after ng work

bale sa isang olympic size na pool which is 50 meters eh mga... 34 laps ata.
