Nasa activity kasi yan nung high school at college busy sa sports or ano mang outside activities pero nung nagwork na wala na lahat iyon kasi pagod ka na after ng work kaya tendency nun tataba ka na lalo na pag ang work mo maghapon ka lang nakaupo sa office. Kahit pilitin mo tumaba with your current age at dadaanin mo sa lamon mahirap talaga. dont worry, tataba ka din at pag nangyari iyon you'll regret it kasi mas gugustuhin mo naman ang pumayat ;D

suggestion ko: pumili ka ng food na nakakagain but will not compromise your nutrition. kunwari mga chicken/beef. panget naman kasi yung lalaki ka dahil sa unhealthy foods (basically iwasan mo na maglakad kung commute ka, tapos pakabusog ka lagi tapos ihiga mo agad.. mga ganung tipo)
start building your body too para maganda talaga labas niyan when you reach 20's. hindi mo naman kailangan pumunta sa gym. pwede na yung body weight exercises, tulad ng mga push-ups, pull-ups, etc.

I know what you mean; I used to be one of the skinniest kids in my batch and I was around 5'9 120lbs. Nasa 160 na ko ngayon. I don't have a model body with a chiseled 6-pack and major pecs but I was able to gain more mass, strength and confidence compared to when I was lampayatot.
On Steroids:
If you're going to use steroids, you will need to educate yourself first and really do your research. Gagamit ka nalang ng dubious device, gamitin mo nalang ng maayos to lessen the side effects. Steroid cycles need post-cycle therapies to bring your testosterone levels back to normal. Kadalasan ng side effects nangyayare because your normal testosterone production shuts down when you take in the artificial substance. When you stop the cycle, if you don't do your correct post-cycle therapy, lalabas na ang mga kung ano anong side effects like acne, magkaka-dede na parang nagdadalaga, hair loss, even depression.
Steroids are used by guys who have already been working out for a long time, and it's not something for guys who are just beginning to hit the gym. Meron oral steroids and injectables. Oral steroids like "anabol" or "dianabol" can make you gain 15-20 lbs a month pero after the cycle, liliit ka din ulit when you lose the water weight and keep minimal of the muscle gained. I was in the same boat until last year when I started to work full time from 120 lbs to 160lbs for almost 2 years. I was underweight for my height of 6 feet. I just eat alot 4 meals per day with more rice than the usual serving and drink Bear Brand Stereilized if not everyday, every other day then boom from waistline 29 went to 31 then now to 33, from medium to large shirt size... :)
