share your style and tips on budgeting your money..
i do super budgeting...
so every pay day i make it to the point to have the list sa babayaran ko.
wala akong ipon sa ngayun kasi may enrollment at tuition...so up coming xmas pa.......: )
kasi pinag-aral ako ng aunt ko noon so my way of giving back what i had before is in this way....
if may extra ako na super extra talaga i make it to the point na makapag-travel ako or may bibilhin na
gadget or damit....basta kahit basta trip ko....
yun lang....: )
studyante pako eh..

'eto yung pinaka-iiwasan kong tanong haha.. don't ask me how-- rather ask me how to spend wisely..
.....yes this is very hard kahit sa mga nagwowork na.....Understandable naman pag estudyante pa pero pag nagwork na dapat may savings talaga.....it actually depends on your lifestyle and I have experienced it. First job, for sure mababa ang salary kaya u need to budget your money wisely tapos I applied for the 2nd job which is more than thrice the salary from the previous one. Pero realizing my first job, nkasurvive ako dun why not start to save now ngaun pa na medyo comfy nko......tip ko lang cut off some unnecessary things esp pag di kailangan tulad ko wlang control pag may pera in one shopping lang gumagastos ako ng more than 30T sa clothes and shoes iba pa ung sa electronic gadgets.....hayzzz.......Its hard to advise in bugetting talaga kc ako mismo di ko nagagawa kaya what I did I loan for a SUV car at least I am forced to pay it in a monthly basis and mejo nababawasan mga gastos ko because of this......

Had a different approach on this when I started working outside the Phils:
55% - investment property
15% - food
20% - rent/utilities
10% - miscellaneous
the investment property acts as my savings...it's like forcing myself to save this percentage of my income, and put it directly in the property instead of in the bank...this way, no temptations of withdrawing the amount anytime...and I do believe that the property will appreciate more instead of just placing it in a time deposit :)
^^hehe not really, i'm not the kind of person who splurges and buy things impulsively. I'm more of the domesticated type (no bars, nightouts, gimmicks, etc)...but i still get to do sporting activities, watch movies, but stuff and gadgets which i need...
maybe it's because i've set up this goal of acquiring a property and accomplishing it that's making me happy, not to mention, inspired :)
well im impressed...kaya mo yan kasi single ka pa naman ...once you get married lolobo usually ang expenses...unexpected expenses
hehe yup yup, once we get married, there'll be a big shift in priorities and expenses :)

oo tama yan. magbago na kayo ng pananaw at wala ng silbi ang time dep much more ang CASA.
you must be making quite a hefty amount for you to save/invest on half of your monthly earnings.
katakot na nga mag time deposit these days....
ok lang naman ang time dep but its the safest investment. yun nga lang sobrang low returns.

need to budget na talaga.... wala ko masave pang emergency....not familiar with stocks

need ko na din talaga magbudget. ahaha
tipid lang talaga minsan ...disiplina
How do I budget?
May excel file ako.
Sheet 1: Income -taxes etc
Sheet 2: Utility bills (electricity, water, mobile phones, landline and internet -amount and deadline)
Haha.
