you can buy those white head remover. ung prang band aid n nillgay sa ilong then hahatakin mo kasama na ang mga white head.. kase didikit sila dun..

I used lots of brands - ung mga available sa Watsons. Nakakatanggal ng whiteheads(about 70% effectiveness based sa experience ko dyan) and while sa blackheads, not that effective lalo na pag medyo malalim ung blackheads...

Whiteheads are in fact "pimples". It's a type of comedonal acne. Ang difference lang nito with blackheads is that open comedones ang blackheads while closed comedones yung whiteheads. Iba rin yung type ng pimples na common nating nakikita, yung pustulopapular acne, yung parang may nana. Pero basically, you don't have to fear na baka maging pimple ang whiteheads mo kasi to begin with, pimple na siya talaga.
Extraction is more commonly used sa mga open comedones or blackheads kasi they are the open type. Mas mabilis siya i-extract. However, just a word of caution. Sometimes, gigil tayo to remove them on our own. But if we aren't careful in removing them, they would lead to marked scarring of the face, and would predispose your skin to inflammation and infection. So I guess it would still be best if you consult a dermatologist (from PDS - Phil Derma Society) with this problem of yours.
kojic soap works for me. Although nagpapaputi siya meron siyang anti bacterial and anti fungal properties. Ramdam mo na makinis ang mukha mo walang bulkiness due to white heads after maligo, ang problem lang pag starter ka in using this mejo stingy ang feeling after taking a shower. Right now I'm using the guava and tea tree oil soap antibacterial kasi ayoko masyadong pumuti sa kojic :)

Just wash your face with warm water then apply soap. Then clean it off with still warm water.
Then isa pang hilamos cold water naman para magclose yung pores. :)

may nabasa akong info na hindi pala advisable ang paggamit ng pore strip para sa whiteheads and blackheads..
kasi may tendency na mas lalaki yung pores mo dahil naiiwang nakabukas..
di bale kung sa mga professional derm clinic na after linisin yung pores mo ay isasara nila..
Try niyo yung sa bench na nose trip. Or yung iwhite, cream type kaya dikit sa balat para paghatak mo maraming sasama. :)

I finally tried this last weekend. All I can say is that it was able to peel off a few only. Parang mas effective pa ata kung tweezers nalang gagamitin.
