This is a stethoscope. It's usage is for auscultating heart sounds, lungs and breath sounds, abdominal sounds, etc. It has a bell and a diaphragm. Not all steths have bells, but all have diaphragms. The bell (the smaller head) is used in listening to low-pitched sounds while the diaphragm (the bigger and flatter head) is used in listening to high-pitched sounds.

Hi Chris! Yup. Diagnostic din ang ma-elicit na sound kapag nag-auscultate. Magkakaroon tayo ng clues kung ano ang nangyayari sa loob ng katawan natin sa pamamagitan ng steth. :-)
