check cross-fit... pero start ka muna sa starting strength ni rippetoe but it will defeat naman ang home work-out lang. kaya basics na muna ng crossfit. just a tip start ka muna sa benchmark WOD or work-out of the day exercises. for details check cross fit website http://www.crossfit.com
good starting point is cimdy (yup sa babae nakapngalan ang benchmark WOD ng crossfit... kung gusto mong lalaki try the hero work-out... word of caution patayan yun.)
exercise duration = 20min... do as many rounds as you can
exercise as much as possible walang pahinga pero pwede naman.
1. pull-ups - 5 reps
2. push-ups - 10 reps
3. air squats - 15 reps
ka start ko lang last week, so far 10 rounds withing 20min palang kaya ko... yan pa lang target ko half hehehe pero goal is 1 round/min.. once magawa mo yung can proceed to chelsea. same exercises pero 1 min / round dapat otherwise failed agad... at gawin naman in 30min. tinry ko but failed on the 6thmin dahil wasak talga ako.

kuha ka lang ng 2 water bottle tpos gawin mong dumbell and do some dumbell exercises. pero its better to invest on purchasing a real pair of dumbells.

Quite similar to CrossFit is the metafit exercises of Coach Jim Saret.
Basically five exercises siya using your own body weight as resistance and you do these five exercises in a circuit (one after the other with as minimal rest as possible) for 10 reps each pag beginner, and 20 reps each for advanced for 20 minutes (30 minutes if kaya)
The four exercises are as follows:
1) Body Weight Squats
2) Burpees
3) Mountaineers
4) Push-Ups
5) Single Leg Squats
A good thing with this exercise is that it promotes release of somatotropin, a growth hormone that brings about clearer skin, faster metabolism, and better general health.
