para kaseng d magnda tignan ung payat ka tas, mgwowork out. sv ng kua ko.. pataba daw muna... haha..

HAHAHA. pre ilang taong knba? kc sabi daw malaki pa nmn ung pag asa na tataba tau ee.! xD kc ung mga kilala ko dati, payat tapos naun lake na katawan.! haha sana ma achieve ko un! xD

mag gym kau, ok lang un kahit payat... try nyo 1 month mag gym tapos hinto kau... tataba kau sure yan kasi pag nag gym ka, mapapalakas din kain mo so pag hinto mo mag gym sobra lakas mo pa rin kumain... hehe just basing from my experience... nagkalaman naman ako dahil tinuloy ko pa rin ang gym, di lang ngaun dahil magulo ang buhay hehe

inom kayo nun chinese supplement di ko lang maalala yun tawag yun kasi ginamit nun tropa ko yun nga lang di pantay pantay yun taba mo  ;D

^ lin zhi ata yun..nirecommend din saken yan pero di ko ginamit..ang nakapagpataba saken ay exercise,dati kasi ayoko magexercise kasi feeling ko lalo ako papayat kasi yun yung ginagawa ng matataba..hindi pla,kailangan rin pla talaga na nababanat ang mga buto at muscle..at least 1 hour a day lng ang pageexercise,pag sumobra kasi papayat ka talaga..eat a full meal 2 hours before ka magexercise and then pagkatapos mo magexercise, dapat within 2 hours nakakain ka na ulit..don't wori kung kailangan mo ulit kumain kasi mararamdaman mo talaga ang gutom after..this way hindi maiipon yung fats sa katawan mo,u will gain muscle instead..

eh pano naman kung gusto mo magpafirm na lang ng muscles at the same time pampataas ng endurance?

hahaha, dame nga po ngrerecommend na ma exercise, and piling ko nga papayat ako lalo. pero cgue po. try ko yan! ahaha sana magkalamn ako :) salamt!
