anyone feeling depressed? di ko lam bakit ako ganito... pakiramdam ko malungkot ako at walang meaning ang buhay...
^basta mo na lang na nafifeel na depressed ka? meron bang nangyari recently to make you feel this way?
di ko alam basta parang paulit ulit lang routines ko parang nakakasawa na. parang walang direction.
baka naman kelangan mo ng bagong adventure sa buhay. Like what you said, routine na ang ginagawa mo. Hindi ka depressed nyan, you are bored and need some new things in life.
maybe you can try to take a break from your daily routine. try to do something different. go on an adventure. talk to a friend or your family about what you feel. hanap ka ng ispirasyon. haha. i know it's easier said than done. pero try mo na din di ba? :)

dude, it is always important na meron kang goals in life. Magkaka-meaning ka lang pag meron kang gustong marating.. Take it from me na nagpacounseling sa isang psychologist to cure depression.

di pa naman depression yan brian.. stressed ka lng cguro or jaded..go out with your friends or family,makakatulong yun kahit papano..

tsaka isa pa.. ito ang nalearn ko saking vast experience.. when you have a goal, be sure na attainable siya at within your reach.. never ever attach your goal to people, madidisappoint ka. and wala kang magagawa dun.. they have their own lives. you got yours. set your goals for yourself, like any hobby of yours. pwede kang mag-start dun..
sabi nga ni kilo. "boredome is the trigger of depression." ni-reword ko lang.
so, you need to enjoy yourself.. if you wanna go to spa. go! and if ever your friend suddenly back out, still go.. dont let your friend be the kill-joy.
sabi ng kaibigan kong nurse, pag depress ka raw, di ka makakain or wala kang ganang kumain. Tapos lagi kang lutang, wala ka sa sarili kakaisip ng problema mo. Usually, problem ang nagiging cause ng depression. Yun.

Mahirap nga malaman kung depress ka o hindi eh. Pero ang alam ko, para di ka daw mahabol ng depression ay maging busy ka. Mahirap kung iisipin pero kung gugustuhin mong bumangon ay kaya mo.

most of the time its all in the mind... do something from the heart minsan and the depression just dissappear...

Ang alam ko ang depression ay pwedeng cause by hormonal imbalance. Correct me if I'm wrong.
^correct but if i remember this is more experienced by ladies due to their cycle..
depression is normal actually.. it becomes errr pathologic >.< (cant think of other word) when..
1. longer than 2 weeks
2 sense of hopelessness, negative views/outlook on life, suicide ideations or attempts
3 affects your social life already (workplace or at school)
number 3 should be emphasized because you need help already if it's happening to you already (plus the suicide ideations!)
go talk to your friends or a councilor if you're shy to open up (just like me ) >.<

liit ng social circle ko. Kung cnu lng ksama sa hosp cla lng dn.
Iniisip ko kasi na kesa lumabas ay matulog nlng sa bhay. Hehe
s un sa dhilan kung bkit lumiliit social circle ko na mgreresult ng slight depression pgmgisa nko haha
