meron ako muay thai shorts. pero di ko pa nasubukan ang muay thai. haha.

meron din ako nung shorts na yun..

just be prepared na tiisin yung saket pag tumatama yung shin mo sa buto ng kalaban mo.

I like muay thai better than boxing in terms of cardio / fitness.

Why? Kasi in boxing (specially when you are a beginner), ngawit na braso mo so hindi ka na makasuntok masyado pero alam mo kaya mo pa magtrain so medyo "bitin" yung workout.

Muay thai naman, pag ngawit na braso mo, may legs and knees ka pa so full cardio workout talaga for me.

Haven't sparred with anyone though, hanggang training lang sa elorde but i've done muay thai and boxing for roughly 3 months each na. :)

boxing plng na try ko, pero gusto ko din i-try ang muay thai... by appointment nga lang ata sa elorde...

imagine ur oponent na tumalon sa harap mo sabay tuhod sa nose bridge mo.. iwan ko na lang.. kalat dugo nun.

imagine na tinutuhod yung ribs mo ng oponent..

pero on the other eh what if kung ikaw naman ang nanunuhod.. so be prepared lang..

Meron sa Pasong Tamo corner Bagtikan St. Makati Branch Muay Thai Association of the Philippines.... meron silang MWF class... More than 2 months n ako and worth it...  pumayat ako and maganda for cardio workout....
