Oo. Blued meron sa trinoma. Mental, meron din sa trinoma, meron din sa sm north.
No offense peeps pero since college halos hindi na ako bumibili sa bench/penshoppe kasi malaki yung possibility na may makaparehas ka. When it comes to fabric/design/fit, ok sakin yung 2 brand na prefer ko.

ah hindi ok lang hehe ideas lang namn eh

ngayon ko lang kasi narinig yan kasi most of the time bench/penshoppe at tribal lang binibili ko

I rarely go for printed tees. I like them plain, mostly. But that's because i'm already 28.

For plain tees, there are several that fit really well. H&M tska Club Monaco are really good. Pero hindi readily available sa Pinas.

So my answer is BALENO for my plain tshirts (round / v-neck in white, navy, black or heather gray). Kaya makipagsabayan. Plain lang naman eh, and after a while i replace them kung masyado na luma.

di ako bumibili ng garments hanggat di ko nafifit eh, madaming risk. lam mo na, baka masikip, maluwag, di tama yung length ng balikat, baka sobrang nakakabakat ng utong, ganon. Lol. When I go abroad lang ako nakakashopping sa mga ganun, a few weeks ago at Singapore -- major sale sila this month

sige, balitaan mo ko pag alis ka ulit! lol! pabili ako... hehe

some H&M shirts can cost as little as 350-500 pesos, especially pag sale. Wala nga lang sa Pinas pa.

para sa akin my one and only BENCH,, ewan ko ba,, kasi siguro since bata ako sa bench affiliated stores na din ako binibilan ng mama ko so since teenager na ako na bumibili ng damit ko,, I still prefer bench

gusto ko din yung "the Original Penguin" kaso hindi ko alam kung san meron at kung magkano.. sa web ko lang kasi yun nakikita..

meron penguin sa MOA, ATC, Trinoma, Powerplant, Marquee. Megamall din ata.
maganda nga mga damit nila. classic ang design. vintage. mahal nga lang. simpleng t shirt 1k plus.polo shirts around 3k. long sleeves naman nasa 5k. pero pag sale, yung dating 5k, 3k lang. datin 3 k, 2k  na lang.

nung payat pa ko at madalas pa ko mamili ng damit sa topman, zara at guess ako bumibili. ngayon kasi di na ko bumibili ng mejo mahal. usually plain tees na lang suot ko. kasi pag bumili ako ng mahal at pumayat ulit ako, sayang naman. umaasa pa kasi ako na papayat ulit at masusuot ko mga dati kong damit. sayang kasi. haha. asa pa.

bakit kapa pupumta ng mga mall kung may DIVISORIA NAMN bwahhaha

ahh.. midyear sale pa naman ngaun.. sana sale sa Penguin sa MoA.. ok din naman po Zara at Topman..

kasi pag sa Divisoria ka bumili, paglabas mo palang ng Tutuban o 168 e 3 na kagad katulad mong damit.. :D

best bang for the buck tees for me is 21men... $5 lang or P300 ata sa f21 sa atin. apart from great fit cheapest soft and drapey tees ang 21men comparrd to RO that costs an arm and leg. i alsont give an eff kapag may kaparehas its a basic tee for pete sake.

ive tried buying sa surplus shop.... great deals! hehe! overrun original shirts for 250.00! cool!

i bought ten shirts and some other stuffs!

but i also buy shirts/polos abroad and from brands that are not available here. fortunately/unfortunately, may zara, uniqlo at cotton on na dito sa Pinas. they're my choices.

For simple Tees, inner wear = Carter, masarap sa katawan parang di ka papawisan. For panglabas, Mental, Cartoon Shirts, F&H.

Dean & Trent (nung dipa sila sarado), Zara, Penshoppe, Oxygen (revamped)

Bihira din ako mag bench, kasi nga yun madalas may makakaparehas ka na and mejo di ko type yung fitting sakin. Penshoppe, okay lang naman sakin. Another thing,People Are People and F&H offers good tees too. :)

the best for plain tees sakin are F&H at penshoppe, pero pag printed team manila astig..

try mo din yung mga ibang damit ng tribal bukod sa simple ang design malamig pa sa mata

Topman. Gaganda ng designs esp. yung mga printed polos nila :D

i like fred perry kasi hindi sya usually suot ng masa so rare na may katulad ako na suot pag nasa gathering ako at nasa mall ako pero ang mahal nga lang kaya konti pieces lang meron ako nito. next na gusto ko guess. ang lambot kasi ng tela at masarap sa katawan.

di ba ito yung puro polo-shirt lang ang tinda?

IIRC, wala pa akong nakakasalubong na kapareha ko na damit suot yung mga cartoon tees from SM Deptstore.

i guess it's not the brand that really matter but the fit...

I usually buy shirts randomly without considering the brand as long as I like the fit, cut and design.
When I find the shirt comfortable I tend to buy shirts from that brand..

I guess this is the time then that I can say that I like the brand.

i have some uniqlo shirts. karamihan plain v-necks. most of my shirts though i bought from portside and giordano.

uniqlo is the only brand that i can think of where avantgarde-designer-wearing-snobs can easily mix flawlessly their rick owens, ann Ds, lanvin, margiela, damir doma... why? because among the fast fashion labels - H&M, F21, Zara, Topman etc... uniqlo pieces are properly constructed, always sticks to the basics and lastly the fit is always excellent.

yep, that's the reason why most people who are fond of the louder-usual-fast-fashion-trendy-stuff... always find it boring because uniqlo's aesthetic is anchored on the basics... but uniqlo fits better than clothes twice its price.

lastly, they usually have interesting collaborations especially the one with Jill Sander and japan's Undercover... the suits from their J+ line is waayyyy better than our local "designer" and MTM suits. heck, J+ fits better that diffusion labels from hugo boss, Calvin klein...

In my opinion, the best brand would have to be Uniqlo. Their styles are always kept up to date, their prices are quite reasonable considering the fabric, and the fit is just right. You can make a plain white shirt look good as long as the fit on you is perfect. The clothes are really made for Asian body types. I have a lot of V necks and Polo Shirts from Uniqlo. The V necks cost me a little more than 300 while the polo shirts cost me 900 or somewhere near that range.

hmm.. guys, pwede ba kayong gumawa ng pics comparing a regular v-neck t-shirt bought in dept. store worth P100 at a v-neck t-shirt bought in uniqlo. Maganda kung masisite ang differences. Di talaga ako ma-convince sa mga customer claims ng Uniqlo. Kung sa fitting ng cut, I would go for Oxygen at 101 New York, may style yung pagputol ng tela nila at hindi plain straight cut.

Its much better puntahan  mo mismo uniqlo then try their tees. Rather than looking at the pictures.
But basing sa preferences mo ng clothes, uniqlo might not be ypur cup of tea

i've visited twice.. isa yung powerplant mall at isa naman yung sa sm north.. i was like.. "mahal..." pero na-plain-nan talaga ako sa itsura.. promise. as in plain white t-shirt na around more or less 500. Buti pa sa Mental, i luv yung tela na ginagamit nila sa t-shirt.. tapos around P250 lang..

parang yung brand na banana peel.. plain na tsinelas pero nasa around 500 petot ang halaga.. Niregaluhan ako nito ng friend kong girl and wala naman akong napansin na difference compare sa mga ordinary tsinelas sa bahay.. same comfy feeling..

Then no need to see pictures and comparison ng uniqlo with other brand. Dahil nakapunta ka na sa mismong store. Basics lang tlga aesthetic ng uniqlo and thats what its famous for...

you might have mistaken me for someone else, ngayon ko lang binanggit uniqlo, recent lang ako nakapunta doon... mas nauna ka pang nakapagsukat doon kesa sa akin ;)

pinalitan nila ang pangalan para maging standard sa lahat at para lahat ay makaunawa mapa dayuhan o pilipino. kaya itong bear brand malapit sa atin.

pero sa shirt? wala kong gus2 basta magus2han ko gus2 ko un bilhin. pag d ko kaya, pagiipunan ko. pag ndi pa din kaya maghihintay ng pasko at isusulat sa wish list/ mag aantay ng sale. ;)

i like buying those maninipis na shirts from thailand with cool designs. price ranges from P95- P200 only. perfect for philippine weather.
