Supplements na melatonin ang content. Sleepasil is one, better take it every other day para d masanay katawan mo na tumatanggap ng melatonin.

For better sleeping try the following:
1. close all the lights, darkness increases melatonin levels
2. close/remove all the distractions, noises
3. Do not look at your cellphone last
4. remove sources of anxiety
5. refrain from drinking/consuming caffeine after 6pm (Chocolate, coffee, tea)
6. Stop smoking
There are sleep doctors and those specializing in sleep. Neurologists would be helpful too but those with access to powerful sleeping drugs are psychiatrists and anesthesiologists.

melatonin as a sleeping agent has inconclusive drug efficacy results and some studies are unreliable. They're generally safe but they have effect on lipid hormones, blood sugar.
