Title: HELP! TULONG!

Any advice on me?? 16 years old na ako turning 17 sa march though tingin ko parang late yung katawan ko sa age ko,, 6ft in height and 85kgs., this were my problems..,
* Hindi proportion yung balikat ko sa bewang ko,, mas malapad yung bewang ko,, diba dapat balikat yung mas broad??

* Mataba yung sa may tiyan ko pero yung sa braso ko normal naman,,

* Wala akong sports puro bahay and school lang,, nag try akong magbuhat ng dumbbell and sit-ups kaso may nabasa ako na parang masama pa daw until mag 18?

* Okay lang ba kung mag swimming lang once a week?? pero yung casual na swimming lang yung parang laro-laro lang?? mga 2hrs?? yun lang kasi sport ko kasi im not into ball games.

*And lastly parang onti palang yung tumutubong buhok ko sa paa tapos pumipiyok pa ako,, normal lang ba yun?? medyo naiingit na kasi ako sa mga ka edad ko na ang ganda ng hubog ng katawan,,m

no need to be alarmed, late bloomer ka lang same problem happened to me before when I was your age pero papantay din yan. Yung pagpiyok sign ng pagbibinata or puberty ako kasi second year highschool ko naranasan yan kaya ok lang yan.

Like you, im also not into ball games. Try other sports, like boxing or kahit jogging lang, or kung nasa province ka kahit nature tripping. At the age of 20 lng ako nagkaroon talaga ng sport na kinahiligan, which is tennis. I was really getting out of shape that time kaya pinilit ko magkaroon ng sport kahit papano. In time na enjoy ko na din sya and i do it regularly now. Dati  im 72 kg, now nasa 58 kg. And im 5"7' imagine that. Tsaga lng tska self dicipline.

-Madaming malalapad na bewang, seems normal to me.

-Madaming may malaking tiyan. Jogging, swimming, jumping jacks, sports... try mo.

-the reason why hindi maganda sa mga under 18 ang over-workout like lifting heavy kasi nasa stages kapa ng growth. Kung baga sa frutas na manga, hindi ka pa hinog.

-Kahit anong sports pa yan, okay na okay.

-wag ka maiinggit sa iba. Mahalin mo sarili mo at maging positive lang sa buhay. Bata ka pa, enjoy mo lang yan, minsan kalang maging bata.

NORMAL. Just do anything what you want! Lalo't bata ka pa naman. Saka ka na mamroblema pag tanda mo! :D

D ko napansin kung kelan eh, basta nagulat nlang ako 1 araw muka na akong mama(not mama na nanay, ung mama na adult na guy xD).

Ahh.., cge cge salamat.,, pero yung mga simpleng pagbubuhat ba ng dumbell masama din??

Kung ako tatanungin ok lang naman. Para pangtone lang ng muscles pero kung bodylifting, wag na muna. Pero ok lang siguro, matangkad ka naman na eh! haha

Sa tingin ko ok lang naman cguru kung body weight gamit mo. Like doing pull-ups(please search the net for instructions). Pampalapad ng likod un.
