But I also hear a lot of negative views about the effects of drinking coffee. Among these are it has the tendency to cause anemia and osteoporosis.
I stopped drinking coffee 10 years ago since I didn't see the need for it. I switched to juice in the morning and is better for our health.

depends on which juice, if its freshly squeezed orange without sugar then its good. But if its like any other juice with high fructose corn syrup then its a one way ticket to diabetes.
you're still better off with water.

coffee is my solution to avoid deepsleep kapag nasa night duty. coffee is also the thing to jumpstart my day. pero hindi naman ako everyday nagcocoffee. minsan hot chocolate hehe.
I drink coffee sa gabi kapag night shift duty ko. Other than that, hindi na.

tama ka kilo. kase pag nagingest tyo ng sugar/carbohydrates eh tataas ang blood sugar natin at magkakaron tyo ng insulin spike at pg nagpatuloy un eh mag-sstore ang katawan natin ng stored energy aka fats. better off with water.
coffee nowadays are healthy so okey lang uminom pantanggal din ng stress pero wag lang sobra
