Title: What to do with the Equipments?

Meron po akong set ng dumbbell dito sa bahay plus barbell with plates din and a treadmill :) Actually sa uncle ko to hinigi ko lang sa kanya. Ang problema ngayon is hindi ko alam kung pano sisimulan gamitin to? Or kung ano yung proper na time management sa pag gamit.

Age: 17 going 18 sa April
Weight: 88kg.
Height: 6'1

search mo lang tol sa internet im sure marami dun for beginners..

BMI - 25.5, Slightly overweight.

Dami sa youtube at internet ng sources for free weights work out.
Puwede ka rin mag paturo sa mga experienced gym people.
Marami din diyan mga work out plans.

Just make sure tama ang form mo, otherwise maiinjure ka lang
