i was about to say it's purely dependent on the club's dress code but i just realized it's just a matter of footwear the clubs allow... can't go wrong with an oxford/madras shirt, trousers, brogues and lastly to rebel against clubs not allowing sneakers... a very colorful pair of socks OR no socks at all :) you can also wear light Vneck sweaters over the shirt.

hinde naman mapapansin yung colored socks kasi ang dilim, dami rin mga neon lights/lazers/shiny stuff at tsaka lasing/high mga tao eh. hahaha

Haha kaya lusot sa mga feeling snooty clubs haha pero ika nga nila the devil is in the details ;)
