ndi busy sa school eh dati mga 4x a week nung may trainor ako pero ngayong wala nang trainor nasa once a week nlng hahaha

depends... sa globos aka global gyms mapa-golds, slimmers, fitness first or friendly neighborhood gyms... orientation from trainers. kung may promo you'll be lucky to have 5 extra sessions. mostly programming and form.

kung crossfit gym or similar non affiliate GPP, may on ramp course where they will teach you the ropes.kahit galing ka pa sa globos.. 90% of the time wala sa tamang form and technique.. and this is speaking from personal experience. from there may coach ka who will monitor your progress.

Anyone here nakapagtry ng Anytime Fitness? Mukhang oks siya di mo kelangan maghabol sa closing time at makipagsabayan sa peak hour nila.

1. determine mo muna ano ang goal mo
2. mag research kung ano body type ka
3. watch videos ni jeff nippard , jeremy ethier , rendon para makakuha ng right exercise regimen
4. ang supplements na kelangan mo ay 4 lang [whey ; creatine ; zinc ; magnesium]
