I bumped into this forum as i check the internet about circumcision revision.
I was circumcised when i was 10 years old, now I'm 32 but seriously considering circumcision revision because of the excess foreskin at the underside of my penis shaft. I think it is because i had a dorsal cut which is common to pinoys.
Anyone here had the same concern and have it removed? How was it? Is the frenulum removed also?

Dati hindi ko napapansin kasi tayo naman mga lalake ang madalas na nakikita natin ay yun upper side ng penis shaft natin which is okay naman tingnan. With the dorsal slit (tuli na usually ginagawa sa pinas), the foreskin will bunch sa under side ng penis. Mukhang excess skin na wringkled.

Sensitive part ang frenulum. Mas malinis if aalisin, pero bawas sensation sa jr mo.

Yes bro. I saw a circumcision thread at pinoyexchange. It started year 2000 and until now active pa din. Madami pala pinoy na gusto pa-gwapuhin yun mga penis nila ;D. Ang madalas na concern is the same as mine, madami na din nagreply na they underwent circumcision revision and they were happy about it.

We have the same issue but I prefer to leave it alone. Palagay ko kasi mababawas ang pleasure pag pina revise ko pa.

Dun sa Malaysia and Indonesia phased out na sa hospital yung dorsal slit dahil sa circumcision devices..na meron sila..that means napapag-iwanan tayo...
All of the folks I know are circumcised via German Cut...perhaps it is a class or a regional thing
Middle and High class are german cut.....someone told me online that in Baguio German Cut lahat ng lalaki dun..

So wala na yung excess skin sa ilalim na nakakulubot. Wala na din yung parang mga tenga sa magkabilang sides. I am satisfied.
No more wounds and scar is immature. But my penis appears shorter with full erection as the shortened skin is pulled from my tummy area. I'm now on personal rehab phase of stretching, para ma press ang skin hanggang sa pubic bone. The immaturity of the scar is perfect for this phase.

I was cut like 3 years ago, and I didn't really like the result. Not only may lambi but may skin tunnel pang maliit that I have to clean occasionally.

Just want to reopen this thread to share my experience.
I had my Dorsal Slit type or libreng tuli sa Barangay style circumcision after elementary graduation in the summer. Ever since then, lagi kong naging problem is namamaga - nagkakaroon ng manas or edema sa excess skin part after I masturbate, or after having a long play with my partners. One time my gf was disturbed kasi after our deed ay magang maga siya (imagine yung pangangamatis immediately after the circumcision, ganun palagi ang nangyayari sa akin after the deeds).
Of course second concern ko is ampangit talaga ng itsura ng etits ko sa ilalim. yung kulubot is really disturbing for me. I even have skin tunnels from the stitches, that i always had to clean with toothpick. Minsan napag tripan ko pa kabitan ng body piercing accessories.
In 2020 during the pandemic was what i thought would be the best time to have a revision of my circumcision. I had it done sa Medico Global Clinic in Timog. What they did is still a circumferential cut and removed the excess skin under. Less than 2 weeks after the revision i was fully healed with the help of the High Intensity LASER Therapy that we have at the hospital where I work. Kaya lang since mejo malaki ang tinanggal na balat, My penis looked smaller because the lack of skin pulls it to be buried sa abdomen ko. But it was resolved back to visual size after about 2 months, with routine stretching.
Since then ay nawala na ng manas/maga problem ko after the deed.
Not only is it more aesthetic, may nadagdag na pleasure. So during the pull part of sex, hindi na humaharang ang lambi sa burat, so mas ramdam mo ang rubbing of the head sa vaginal canal.
