Title: Healthy Restaurants
Post by: Chris on September 30, 2009, 01:42:37 AM
Ano-ano mga restaurants pinupuntahan nyo na nag-serve ng healthy na pagkain at vegetables?

Pansin ko lang, ang mamahal ng vegetables pag kumain ka sa labas. Mas mahal pa sa meat!

agree with angelo, cibo offers some healthy food on their menu (eg pasta ratatouille)

kind of on the cheap side, kenny roger's healthy plate is good. a little below 200 and super busog  (green salad, grilled chicken, mixed fruits and a corn muffin)

^^ basta sakn ang healthy eh walang preservatives ang food. Regardless if it's pork or lamb.

kase npancn qn ang mga vegetarians are frail and overweight people.. they need meat. anti-PETA aq eh. Hehehehe! So veges alone cannot be considered good diet. we need protein and fat.

I luv House of Wagyu
I luv Tender Bobs
I luv 22 Prime

kind of OT: ok lang sakin mga vegetarians... may mga kilala nga ako... but vegans are extreme when it comes to food.

true. we need meat. no offense to the vegans and vegetarians and even pesco-vegetarians.

any restaurant can do as long as you abide by the basics, avoid too much fat, salty foods, caloric dressings, etc.. and everything in moderation.

places i have been to which can contribute to the healthful eating that you guys desire are:
(shempre out na dito ang chinese, general filipino food and american/diners)

sonya's garden
pipino restaurant
cibo
melo's (this place can be tricky)
cyma

nope they do not let you eat flowers. they just add mint leaves to your juice. you can also have their very soothing tarragon tea.

whichever branch is okay. shangrila branch is the first in metro manila, second overall.
