Title: weight in christmas time?

do you gain weight during christmas time?

that you end up having a new year's resolution to slim down, diet etc...

yun yung ayaw ko pag sa tiyan napupunta yung taba. pwede naman sa legs or sa arms hahaha!

oo nga eh.. pero core kasi yung tiyan kaya mas madaling sumiksik ang fat

hindi ko kino-consider na payat kapag may tiyan. ang hirap din talaga tanggalin. ayoko lang kasi tumandang lumalaki yung tiyan.
kapag ako nakahubad at tinapat sa isang mirror, yun yung una kong pinapansin talaga. tatayo lang akong naka-sideways para malaman ko kung pantay pa sila ng chest at yung flat talaga hahaha!

minsan bigla nlang nagkakalaman ang tiyan ko, then bigla ring nababawasan kahit wala naman ako masyadong ginagawa.. wala naman pagbabago sa eating habits ko.

kainis yang tyan eh. haha. minsan payat ka all over pero yung tyan mo lang ang hindi gano proportion sa payat mo.

My officemate ako dati na sobrang payat pero medyo malaki tyan. weird, bakit kaya ganoon?

meron certain body function na sinasabi dun mag-store ng fat muna. karamihan ng lalake ganun. kapag babae ata sa hips at thighs.

pakiramdam ko hindi naman nadaragdagan ang timbang ko pag ganitong holiday season. kahit pa kumain ako ng kumain. ang sureball lang talaga, tumataas ang blood sugar ko at cholesterol level which is bawal na bawal sa akin. hehe pasaway eh, kain ng bawal argh.

Do we need to double dose our workout before feasting to prevent weight gain? lets say eating sumptuously in the holidays is unavoidable?

^here's the logic..

when you put more calories than your body can burn = your weight increases
^kea ung mga rich has blob-like body kc can afford na ung mga food at di masyado gmglaw.

when you put less calories than your body usually burn = you'll lose weight.
^kea ung mga tambay has a nice set of six-pack because of proverty.

hint: Walang tumataba sa isang araw na katakawan lang..

150lbs ako ngayon.. ideal pa rin for my weight pero i have some flabs na...  :o i really need to go back to the gym...

140 pounds. I dont like my belly. Hard na abs ko pero dahil sa tiyan hindi naman makita.  >:(

wala akong idea kung ano na weight ko but the last time i checked which what? nun ikatlong panahon pa ata hehe was 175 pero di ako mataba malake kasi ako and im still pretty athletic

i was expecting that i'll gain weight ng christmas season... lalo pa at nag-bakasyon kami sa pinas :) maigi na lang at i lost 2lbs pa from my weight bago umuwi - 178lbs to 176lbs... i just hope na same or lesser body fat percentage kasi last time i checked i was 14% ++ BF.

sana makabalik na ng crossfit next week and further reduce my BF to 10% below... btw couple of months ago i was around 195lbs.
