Anyone knows how to achieve a V-Shape body?  If what kind of work out to do. ???

Hmm.. train your back. And do some diet to narrow the waist line.

good thing, nagawa ko to nong tinutuloy ko pa ang gym.
bad thing, pangit na pag nag side view ako, ang nipis ko parin.


kaya eto na naman, nagbabalak akong magbalik loob para sa boracay at summer outting namin.  ;D

I don't know kung ano ung measurements ko.  Never bothered to measure kasi ;D

Payatot lang ako(before). I have been working out for a year already. From 127lbs to 145lbs na ngayon. Gusto ko lang palakihin upper body ko para kahit papaano babagay naman sa akin ung mga shirts ko!! Haha, fit sa chest pag dating sa shoulder parang lawlaw ung damit.

Ahaha! Hindi ko kaya yan!

Nabobored lang talaga ako sa pag-gi-gym nowadays... Gusto ko lang makita fast results kung pwede sana eh full-body workouts 3 times a week - is that even possible?
