honestly, natatakot ako kasi napakabroad ng definition.... im sad kasi baka di na tayo makapaghayag ng ating ill feelings sa gobyerno. what do you think?

Civil Disobedience. Yes, nakakaakot siya pero it's unjust. Lemme quote something from The Great Debaters 'An Unjust Law is No Law a all'.

A little bit. Hehehe. I think we just have to try NOT to comment as much as possible. Unless we are at the precipice. Hahaha

comments on a post, liking, retweeting will not be covered by online libel, only the original author will be liable for online libel. pero siguro yung ganitong mga situation ay maaring makitaan nang lusot nang mga lawyers in favor with their client or the one who accused at pati yung mga nag comment, like, retweet eh makasuhan.
