yup, owning a an american type na bahay na usually makikita sa Pennsylvania with a white fence na may malaking lawn and having my own car also. tapos, country living lang.

Ako tuwing nasa gitna ako ng trapik, I find myself nagba-budget ng 300M na cash winnings ko sa lotto. Funny thing is, I do not know how to "taya" kaya malaking kalokohan. Hahaha
Iniimagine ko, kakaltasin ko muna ang tax. Tapos, uunahin ko ang health insurance ng mag-anak ko, parents and siblings, tapos saka ako bibili ng iba ibang properties na papaupahan ko. Mag iinvest din ako sa mga stable franchises.
Tapos pag may extra pa, bibili ako ng train set na papatakbuhin ko sa sala. Syempre may separate set na Christmas-themed pag pasko na, tipong Christmas village. Tapos gala, gala, gala.

10 - donate to different charities pati yung school ko nung elem at high school
50 - iinvest ko sa mga bahay at lupa - pa-AirBnB ko hehe
3 - renovation ng bahay namin plus appliances and other furniture na wala pa kami
5 - balato sa parents and in-laws
2 - kukuha ng insurance policies for my loved ones - life, health, education
4 - panggala
20 - magput-up ako ng trading or manufacturing business
10 - wife wants a restaurant, I want an inuman business
4 - poging SUV, not too flashy pero yung medyo high end
20 - resthouse somewhere in Tagaytay
20 - Magffranchise ako ng fastfood restaurant, at least two siguro
10 - meron akong ina-eye na bakanteng lote malapit sa amin. Perfect spot to puta up a commercial building

208M na yan. hehehe. Yung matitira will go to my kid and future kids' trust funds. Basta unang gagawin is to secure our future by investing and putting up businesses. Pag okay na, saka na yung waldas na walang habas.
