How many times a week do you exercise?

havent tried yoga ...nagpe pretend lang ako haha... badminton lang ako and walking

You must do abs exercise first not last to develop your abs.

may napanood kasi ako sa youtube na sinabi na para daw mas maging define ang abs mo, gawin daw to sa simula, hindi sa huli.

haha kaka mention ko lang ng term na yan kagabi.

my thoughts on abs exercise? as long as it doesn't hamper your routine for that day, it doesn't matter if before or last mo gawin mag abs. kc ung iba nag core exercise, tinatamad na mag abs pag after. it doesn't really matter to me, as long as you also give your abs time to rest, just like any other body muscle.

Thank you sa welcome. Di talaga ako die-hard gym rat. Parang nasanay nlng sa routine, naging bahagi na sa araw. May nakukuha nmn kahit ppano.

On topic:

i go to the gym 2-3 times a week. di naman nagpapalaki ng katawan, toned lang ayos na. Highblood din kasi ako kaya kailangan maging healthy ang lifestyle.

natigil lang to nung christmas.....okey na ngayon

3-5 times a week.. sa gym
next week pauunlakan ko na gf ko sa pag-aya niya sa akin na magbadminton.. gusto niya kasi partner kami sa mga tournament.. hehe.. ;D

2-3 times a week akong nag lawn tennis ngayon  ;D
