i agree.

di ko alam e.

yeah. kaya kung mahilig kang magtext or tumawag I prefer yung kilala na ang brand, like Ericsson.:) mas matibay at pang long term pa na paggamit.

kaya lang naman mabenta ang cherry phone ay dahil mura pero kung ang pagbabasehan mo ay ang tibay, bagsak sila.

eh yung lumalabas na myphone, na-try niyo na?

RE: HTC - highly recommendable phone for creating highly spec'd units that served as market standards. biggest dev support team kaya daming hacks and kung fu na pwedeng gawin. best example is my sister's HTC HD na windows OS, may mabangis na dev na nag-port to 5! yes 5 different mobile OS.platform - Windows Mobile (which is the native OS), Android, Windows Phone 7, MeeGo and Ubuntu... pati sony ericsson xperia X1, HTC rin ang gumawa at capable rin ng dual boot - windows OS and android.

RE: Sony Ericsson, i used to be a big fan. ericsson ang una kong phone noong mid 90s, unlimited text pa noon sa smart w/c hanggang ngayon unlimited text pa rin ang sim ko:) anyway, nokia ang SE used to be neck to neck w/ their symbians na communicator and Pseries. may P800 ako and i believe it's ahead of its time. noong dinala ko sa US 6yrs ago, gulat sila kasi advance nga mga phones sa atin dahil kasabay ang europe. funny thing was P800 noong 2005 is already ang old phone sa pinas. still kung anong kayang gawin ng BB way back is kaya ng old SE and nokia phones. sa push email lang sumikat ang BB w/c is old news naman na. unfortunately w/ SE and nokia, bagsak na ang symbian OS on the advent ng windows mobile then papasok na apple OS... unlike nokia, SE tried the winmo game pero huli na ang lahat dahil android and apple OS na. and like i mentioned earlier, HTC pa gumawa ng SE xperia X1. then nag-adroid na rin SE to save face dahil from my point of view huli na sila sa winmo and PALPAK ang X1... mine lasted less than a year dahil sa lintek na flex cable!!!! di na ito ung dating SE na reliable at very robust ang pagkakagawa.... the only SE na ok esp kung mobile gamer is the xpla....  Dpad + PS emulator = PsP phone :)

RE: BB... old tech and going downhill. ginagawa na lang ng status symbol sa atin same with the ipads and ifone.

my take, android and pick the manufacturer na maganda ang dev support whic is HTC. kaya lang ako nag-moto Atrix dahil kelangan ko na kumuha ng phone and motorola palang nag-release ng dual core CPU early this year. pero kung gusto nyo ng ease of use, porma and out of the box ok na at di na kelangan mangalinkot like android. just get an iphone :)

last weekend agendas - upgrade from 2.2 to 2.3, unlock bootloader , flash ROM (tnx to all the devs!) and tons of hacks and what nots.

HDMI out + webtop hack = Ubuntu.... yep, ubuntu is also installed within the atrix realm. and all you need is HDMI equipped monitor/TV at may instant PC na... tipid move instead of buying the laptop dock.

@ the ubuntu environment via webtop, pwedeng keyboard ang atrix... yep w/ real deal firefox browser included among other things :)

or mousepad to navigate :)

^ ang aaling naman ng hack :)

What about Samsung? It's the one with the largest share in the smartphone market. According to reviews, parang mas-ok sya than HTC by a bit.

Latest news is that Samsung, like HTC, will also pay Microsoft for each Android phone they sell. Some say that this may be Samsung's move to embrace WP7.

MS is really trying to raise the cost of Android phones to make them less attractive to buyers.

salamat! buti na lang at nagkaroon ng decent support ang motorola and it's growing. nagamit ko ang galaxy S both phone and tab. silky smooth ang interface at walang lag even with couple of apps open. currently, sila ang android to beat w/ their galaxy S II that packs 1,2Ghz dual core CPU. pero di rin magtatagal, HTC sensation ata will have 1.5Ghz na dual core. may alas rin pala ang samsung versus HTC and other androids, they hired guy behind cyanogen. isa sa mga matitinding hackers at gumawa ng clock work mod, for android recovery on hacking ROM and kernels....

imho malayo talga technology ng android dahil sa openness compared to iphone na monopolized,
