@gebb after college, kain ng kain tapos nung nagka work na, lalong nag gain pa dahil tuwing off kain lagi sa labas with barkada. tapos d ako nag eexercise noon kahit simpleng pushup man lang.
now, medyo nag iingat na sa kinakain at pag ginaganahan naman nag eexercise. the usual lang like 15 - 20 push up, 20 ab crunch. gud thing medyo nabawasan na rin ang taba sa belly.
ung muscle madedevelop mo yan kung kakain ka ng protein rich foods daw. maybe its true kasi d naman ako nag gym pero some people think i go to gym when in fact the only exercises i do aside from what i've mention is 3- 4 hours swimming.
