fitness program...

.... for me.

goal: gain weight.
current weight: 120 lbs.
height: 5' 2.5"
BMI: 21.6

can anyone suggest a training/fitness program for me? i'm planning to hit the gym this march and ayoko mag hire ng trainer... dagdag gastos pa.

@Mangkulas: pwede mong sundan ang program ni jjsv21 na pinost nya sa "slim guy".... ask mo na lang trainer sa tamang pagbuhat.. ganyan di kasi supersets ko eh.. or pwede rin na:

1. shoulder, chest
2. biceps, upper back
3. triceps, lower back
4. legs, abs

for as long na di pareho ang ina-alternate mong muscles-work-out sa supersets walang problem yun..

pwede ka rin magfunctional kapag may time...

musta? hehehe.. saan ka naggygym pala?

ako, hmm.. wala akong program e.. naggygym ako more than 3 years na.. i loss 30 pounds.. pero me bilbil pa din. haha.. i need a program that will help bilbil vanish. hehehe.. kasi sabog sabog ako sa machine.. kung anu lang available yun na yun. hehe but napapahilig ako sa stationary bike now.. 45 min ako every visit..

Jaypee ano na? haha.. di mawawala ang bilbil mo hanggat di mo sinasamahan ng diet  :P

ok lang sabog sabog kang mag gym kung mature na muscles mo dahil matagal ka ng nag-gygym haha.. eh mukhang oks ka na eh  ;)

ganun? haha anung diet pa ba ang kelangan kong gawin huhuu.. kahit walang six pac, basta wala lang love handles. hahaha.. help help help!

wala akong abs so di di ako right person dyan haha.. pinapalamon kasi ako ng trainer ko.. bawal ang diet sa akin haha  ::)

sa Men's health magazine marami akong nababasa ah, kapag may time ka bigay ko ibang magz.... may mga tips din akong finafollow dun  ;)

dapat sana may kasamang nutrition program. kailangan ma-control ang diet.

oo nga wala munang kanin para matanggal ang bilbil hehe  ;D

circuit training lang. para all around development.

sa Fitness First ako nagji-gym...

gusto ko magkaroon ng muscles.. at ma-tone na rin.

also, be aware sa large at small muscle groups. ang dahilan eh masmabigat ang mbubuhat mo pag large muscle group ang ginamit at masmagaan nmn pag small muscle group. (xenxa na po, mejo nerdy aq eh. hehehe.)

i wanna go back to the gym... 4 months ko nang sinasabi sa sarili ko yan..lolz.. yan ang kalaban e..katamaran,mas masarap kasi matulog.. :)

Dude pag gusto may paraan pag ayaw may dahilan...

kahit 30 minutes a day of 1 hour 3x a week kaya mo yan isingit..

Im using The_TSC_Heart_of_a_Champion_Training_and_Nutrition.pdf program , I have a copy kung sino may gusto PM na lang
