How do you deal with anger? Paano mo ito nirerelease?

kailangan lang diyan, literal na ilalabas. magsalita lang ng magsalita, kahit ikaw na lang mag-isa sa kwarto. kailangan mo lang ma-i-express yan.

actually para sakin always pray, mas narerelease ko yung anger kung kinakausap ko si God.

and physically nilalabas ko siya through sports, either watching or playing.


what goes around, comes around naman e.

nananaket aq physically.. na-alala q.. napower bomb q ung pinsan q sa sobrang inis.. Kase nang-aasar xa eventhough natalo q n xa sa Marvel vs Capcom..

naniko na din aq, nanikmura, nan-DDT, nangchokeslam, nan-tombstone, nang-stunner, nandouble-arm DDT, nan-scorpion death lock, nan-sleeper holder, nan-ankle lock, nang-figure 4 at arm-bar..

pero one time, nag-away kame ng best friend q at aabut na sa suntukan.. pero back out aq.. nana-ig pa dn ang importance nya sakn bilang best friend.. i didnt take the risk of losing him.. although, Im 100% sure, panalo aq.

pag-close tyo, i wont hurt you physically.. Hahaha!! Tsaka d n dn aq napapa-away.. ang last na fist fight q eh back in college pa..

Pero pag ndi ko na talaga matimpi ung asar ko, kumakausap ako ng tao na lam ko na makakapagtame sa akin. :)

Kaninang umaga.. since hinde aq kinikilala ng isang aso q at tinatahulan aq eh kumuha aq ng patpat tapos pinagpapalo q xa.. Nakakagigil lalo na pag bago kang gising.. Tpos hinatak q xa sa leeg with my ryt hand. Umusog ung buong ref nmin dahil hinarang nya ung leeg nya sa ref. Tpos napatingin aq sa singsing q n binigay ng best friend q.. Weird, kumalma aq..

Pero bago aq umalis eh bigla na namang nag-ingay ung aso nmin so sinipa q xa.. Minsan, parang gusto q n xang pagtatagain.. Merong itak sa bahay eh.. Hehehe.
