guys do you follow any meal plans? just started going to gym again a while ago im so desperate to gain weight and muscles :c dami na kasi nagsasabi sakin na magpakataba raw ako lol




eat every 2 hours lang. your meal should consist of protein, carbs, and fats parang 1 piece chicken meal.

at kung talagang nagmamadali kang mag-gain. buy Megamass.. Ito yung gamit ko ngayon.. 1 scoop lang siya.. pero ikaw 2 scoops a day. Sure shot ito na mag-gagain ka at madaming makakapansin nun.

di ko kaya kumain ng every 2 hours busy sa school :s di ba mas effective yung serious mass? mas marami nagrerecommend sakin nun :s at mas mura din kaysa sa megamass

^serious mass at megamass.. parehas lang iyon, iba lang ng brand name. parang Shell at Petron lang.


Pahingi naman program 2x a week lang na program. triceps at chest gusto ko i-priority.

^hindi advisable ang mag-isolate na ng muscle groups like triceps  and chest kung beginner ka palang. pang-advance na to. Stay working out your whole body muna. dapat meron kang base muscle

jogging or treadmill? tama ba spelling ko??hehe

saan mas maganda para cardio?

aww ganun po. haha bagal kasing lumake ng muscles ko. pahingi nalang ng program pang 2x a week lang po.. please.

I started to hit the gym this week, any advise? or program for weight gain? appreciate your help. Thank you.... :D 3-4x a week ko balak magwork out. :)

eat eat eat.you wont gain mass if you aren't eating more than enough.

ang importante may exercise.. I also run before.. kaso medyo mabigat na katawan ko, masakit sa shin sa pagtakbo.. so nagbibisekleta na lang ako. minsan, swimming.. mga ilang laps din iyon.

What to drink before workout?

I have read that people with Endomorph body type are not advised to drink sports drink which are relatively high in sugar that can spike insulin in an instant.
