Lunch - pork adobo

Dinner - pork adoba pa rin

Dinner - sarsyadong bangus

Lunch - Mamaya pa..

Dinner - Hindi ako mag didinner para less carbohydrates .. Diet ako eh :D

^^ Your just a high school student.. Dpat madame kang kumain.. Mahirap lang kase dati nung high school kaya payat ako (natawa nga c fox69 to see a pic of me). Pero I think richness gracious namn kayo so kain ka lang ng kain. Magdiet ka pag mga at least 19 yrs old ka na..

BFast: McDo Big Breakfast (Omelete, Burger Patty, Garlic Rice)
Lunch: Purefoods King Size Hotdogs (Sister: Fin, ang lalake naman nito!)
Dinner: Whey Protein, Casein Protein, Creatine

kaso the problem is.. puro meat products..

Ok saken yung Sea Foods.. tsaka vegetables. at fruits..

iwas ako sa Fried Foods.. tsaka Sobrang Rice.. kasi tinatagyawat ako everytime na titira ako ng mga ganung pagkain..

tapos kailangan ko rin i maintain yung 10 glasses of water a day..

Kaya madalas sa mga party.. hindi ako kumakain...

Hmm.. I think you should still eat this food to maintain your sanity.. Hehehehe..

Siguro replace it with steamed or grilled food. Remove all the carbs when night hits. Don't eat 4 hours before sleeping. Eat a lot for breakfast. Always have a scheduled 'cheat day'

Hek Hek... :D Ok.. Ill Do That Thing.. Minsan yung mga Meat Product.. Niluluto ko sila sa Turbo para hind fried hek hek :D

lunch: late lunch ( pork adobo at ang pantulak ko fresh calamansi juice )

dinner: veggies, 1 cup rice , breaded porkchop
