ano naman difference nito sa WHEY? alin mas ok?

may side effects ba pag-intake nito?




parehas na protein yan. pero ang pinaka magandang protein is ung whey protein, kaya madalas ng mga protein shake is whey protein... d ko lang kaya differentiate ng technical

soy is a good alternative of whey protein which is extracted from milk...

mas mura yung galing sa taho hehe...
yun nga lang di mo sigurado kung malinis yunnn..

soya pala pinag-uusapan kala ko soy sauce (sorry patawa lang) ;D ;D ;D

I drink both.. sana ok lang yun... before mag gym I usually drink whey..

snacks naman laging may kasamang soy....


mas maganda if you go all natural.. si Jon Avila puno ng Soy Milk ang fridge niya... yun lang source of protein niya.. aside from ubersmall portions of rice sometimes..

sabi nila soya milk daw has higher calcium content than cow's milk???is it true???

soya milk is link to breast cancer (in women)

nope.. protein lang ata.. never kong narinig na may mataas na calcium content ang soy milk.

yep higher content of protein kaya mas iniinom ng mga health buffs.

But the protein found in soya is incomplete, meaning it contains less amino acids (na nosebleed na ako!?) compared to animal protein, so it's also important to eat protein rich food stuffs from animals.

Hmm.. nagkaron kase ng issue with Soy eh.. kase meron daw itong endrogenic properties or something which promotes femininity.. kaya mejo lumayo ang mga guys na nagpapalaki ng katawan..

kc pag mataas ang endrogen content ng isang guy eh nagkakaron xa ng man-boobs.
