sorry OT but what is the best way to measure your heartbeat while on a treadmill? paano kapag simple treadmill lang?

definitely. i will even stop if  i cannot breathe properly. I just want to have a gauge sana on how will i determine, without using any device the percentage of my heartbeat/heartrate?  because i remember and if im not mistaken, at least 60% should be achieved for weight loss (which is my concern now and right after the holidays)

well, the logic goes like you'll lose weight if you are taking in less calories than your body consumes..

like... (example lang ah.)

you are: eating (2000 calories)
you are working out..

So..

Taking in 2000 calories
Consuming 2500 calories for workout and other activities plus standby mode.
-500 calories.. -->If you continue this, you'll lose weight since your body will use its stored energy (fat) or sacrificed your body for survival (muscles).

hmm.. meron kang hahawakang bakal sa threadmill. Tpos nagcocompute na siya sa monitor nito.. Ganun lang. Imposibleng wala nito sa FF. hehehe!

Meron. pero hindi kasi ako sure kung accurate yung pagcompute eh. :)

^^ i bet na prang estimate lng un eh.. so we can say na baka it's more or less pero around that value.

proper management yun lng ang susi to achieve a visible abs....

lower body fat percentage. low teens lalabas na yan. pag below 10% medyo weird na itsura
