What do you do after cheating on your diet?

Let's say you overate. What do you usually do afterwards and what helps you get back on track?  :)




Actually, lalo lang ako tumatakaw sa pagkain kapag nag gygym.. kasi alam kong may pag-compensate ako... 
Since seven days a week nagygym ako, I really tend to eat alot  :'(


exercising will really increase your amount of intake, kaya nga balewala ang gym kung walang diet involved.

how do i cope? well i just go back to my routinary gym habit then avoid cheating again. wala ka naman magagawa para mabawi yun. nandun na yung extra calories. sobrang doubly hard na lang next time or its another 1 week before you can achieve your desired weight/muscle fitness.

ako naman am not really a gym buff but i always make sure na i do jog and brisk walking everymorning and in the afternoon after work..tapos threadmill..tapos bike.

eto na.. i gave myself day-off sa diet..during weekend. kumakain ako ng gusto ko..pero the most important thing is..IN MODERATION..un lang un.then weekdays balik ka sa diet mo and exercise.

tama yan! you should always reward yourself. cheat days.. love 'em


I don't have to cheat, kasi ako naman I'm not on diet, I even need more weight....mas madaming laman pa !!!

O nga eh, kung anu ano na lang kinakain ko, I tried Whey Proten from GNC preo di kasi ako nakapag work out that time, till now naman eh... nwei kain pa rin ng kain lang.

thanks for that. there's another thread about going to the gym.. :D

simply get back on track. eat in moderation again.

Avoid skipping eating, thinking it might compensate with the binge.Your body will think you are in famine-mode and it will store more body fat and will use your muscle as its food source.. So you'll get muscle loss..
