Gym Music Playlist

I'm looking for a nice gym playlist. Siyempre mas masarap at ganahan magexercise pag maganda yung pinapakinggan mo.
So what songs do you play? The ideal songs should be high energy and puts you in the zone, feels like a theme songs.
What do you use for
1. Cardio
2. Weight lifting




The box where im working out sets their pandora to anything heavy rock and metal :) gets everyone on their toea even the girls. Nasa heavy rotation ang old metallica before the black album, RATM... yup same repertoire for strength and met con wods

Ideal nga yung rock and metal sa lifting weights,

pero sa cardio exercise I think dance/hiphop is better. Though minsan nilalagyan ko ng fall out boy yung playlist ko sa cardio

Sa pinag gyman ko noong college... mas aliw kasi masya twing wed and fridays dahil sa classic playlist ng tm at rx hehe

Sa cardio di na namin naririnig kapag takbo na kasi sa labas na namin ginagawa.
