Yan nga ung ayaw ko, may side-effects kapalit ng benefits. Not worth it para sakin.

Karamihan ng mga ULTRAFAST acting supplements add in Sodium and Calcium para mas mabilis ang absorption (LALO na yang mga fast acting whey). Siyempre increased sodium leads to hypertension and Calcium to kidney stones.

Tapos yung mga Fat burning formulations (Hydroxycut etc...) are extremely potent with caffeine, adrenal chemicals and thyroid hormones which will literally squeeze the life out of your body para lang to make you use up more energy.

tama tama, iwasan ang hydroxicut..

what about whey? is it good or not? i see people drink this at the gym.

what time do you guys go to the gym? recently i find that i'm too exhausted after office to even walk at the treadmill. i guess i should change my schedule and do it in the morning instead.

yun nga Chris.. sacrifice talaga...
I do it in the evening dati after work.. minsan nga after gym, balik pa ako office..pero iba ang buhat sa umaga kasi may lakas ka pa haha.. pero ang di ok dun, pagdating sa office pagod na hahaha,, san ka pa lulugar :p nakatulong ba ako  ???   ???   ???

pero kung ako tatanungin mo, mas oks sa umaga.. di ba sa umaga naman talaga dapat ang exercise  ;D




wala naman parang "ideal" time to exercise. kung saan talaga masasanay ang katawan mo, much better. suggestion ko rin sa umaga kasi it can also boost your day kasi nga nakapag exercise ka and nawawala yung stress. at para sa akin, mas hindi nakakatamad. actually kung may time ka, ok sana yung mga 10.. tapos lunch ka para pambawi tapos tulog sa hapon. ayus!!

iba naman kaya talaga mag exercise even after work para mahimbing naman ang tulog etc...

tingin ko diyan protein supplement para mas maraming protein - pampatulong makabuild ng "biceps" hahaha
kaya yung iba, kahit soya milk or simply mag taho ka na lang...

gym din ngayon medyo walang silbi sa akin, kasi halos takbo lang ang ginagawa ko na pwede kong gawin na lang sa UP or sa Ateneo. hehe

Alam ko kasi pag puyat, ginagamit mo na yung stress hormones and adrenaline just to keep yourself up. so in that case...
payat in terms of muscle shrinking yes kasi stress breaks down muscle to provide glucose.
payat in terms of fat being used... I'm not sure pero parang hinde kasi you're using the stress hormone.

nakaka high blood pressure..

haha.. pareho tayo.. noon sa iba ako nagji-gym kaso mas pakiramdam ko mas sulit sa FF.

may steam bath din ba sila saka sauna?
how bout free sodas and coffee?
kung meron sila, siguro i'll try... ipi-freeze ko yung account ko sa FF. :D

dati pero ngayon hinde na  ::)  kung alam ko lang na lolobo ka pag tumigil ka mag gym hinde na sana ako nag gym. Hanggang simula lang yung ganda ng katawan ko  ;D

wala na ata makakatapat sa kamahalan ng FF pero mas ok ang mga tao (generally) at mas gusto ko yung variety ng machines / classes / amenities.

Hmm, sa slimmer's eh dq pa sure.. Kase sumulyap lng aq sa loob ng men's cr to check at ang nakita q lng eh mga lockers at me shower room.. D aq pumasok to see kung merong sauna/steam bath. Pero I'll go check this Sunday pa.. Sa drinks.. eh I only saw water dispenser.. Isa pa, masama kase ang sodas... nakakataba xa since puro sugar xa.. So for me, its inappropriate na magkaron ng sodas sa isang gym. Coffee is ok on the other hand..

Sa FF, confirmed q n meron lahat nung cnabe mo. Yun nga lng, d gaano helpful ang mga gym instructor dun specially kung magpapa-spot ka kase walang bayad yun. Kaso nga lng, mahal si FF..
