di ka naman siguro ma intoxicate or may adverse effects kung moderate lang yung consumption nang tuna.

take olive oil always and oils from plant sources (unsaturated fats). they remove the saturated fats (animal fats) that occlude the blood vessels and heart.unsaturated fats are those that do not solidify in room temp. sunflower seeds are also ok. take vegetables  and fruits.

Agree with this one. Eto yung advice na binigay sa akin ng doctor dahil mataas ang cholesterol level ko with a combination pa ng fatty liver.

mabuti sa katawan ang cholesterol. makakakuha ka nito sa olive oil, mackerel, salmon, at tilapia.

ang mga bad cholesterol naman ay makukuha sa taba ng baboy at baka at talangka at mga laman-loob.
