ako cardio 20 mins

tapos circuit training na 2 sets of 20 each

stretch

sit ups dun sa baloon... Noh tawag dun? mga mga 5 sets of 20

stretch

pag may time pa cardio ulit for 20 minutes

tinatry ko na mag circuit training na 3 sets of 25. 1 minute rest lang din. pang weight loss lang talaga.

go to gym(warm up na un kasi 4th floor sya. haha)

warm up. 10 mins threadmill 15 mins bike.

STRETCHING(na wala ata gaanong gumagawa, iwas injury and pampatangkad.)

tpos dito n lang mag kakaiba

day 1 chest and triceps
day 2 legs and shoulders
day 3 back and biceps

malamang duda kau kung bakit sabay ung triceps sa chest at back sa biceps.
pero gnun daw kasi tlga. kasi nkalagay sa program q level 5 tpos ung triceps nmn tlga ang gingamit mo pag ng wowork out ka sa chest and gnun dn sa back, biceps dn. try mo. malalaman mo ahaha

after nung work out.

cooldown.

STRETCHING(lebron james' stretch 4 times a day)

shower.
bihis.
pirma sa attendace.
magpaalam sa instructor.
or kung me mgndang na aaero, tambay muna.hahahaha

hirap kapag supersets talaga.. I also got a personal trainer.. mahal nga lang :(

Day 2 - quads
hamstring curls

hip thrust
leg extension
bulgarian split squat
standing calf raise
leg abduction
[rest 3 days]

Day 3 - back / shoulder
lat pulldown
seated db press
wide grip face pull
reverse cable cross
db pull-over
one arm cable lateral raise
{drink whey protein + glutamine 1 hour post workout}
[rest 2 days]
