I don't take any vitamins or food supplements. I get the recommended daily vitamins from eating a healthy, well-balanced diet. I think if you eat healthy, you shouldn't need to take vitamins unless your body has a hard time absorbing vitamins and minerals.

Vitamin K - for wound healing

Minerals (do not take in excessive quantities)

Selenium - antioxidant formation
Potassium - for nerves, cells
Phosphate - for energy, blood
Zinc- digestive control

Pointless to sell a prostate multivitamin to the young crowd.
