The countdown to 2008 has began and year in and year out people have been making pledges at the year’s start to do something for self-improvement. Believe it or not, the number 1 new year’s resolution for Filipinos is to lose weight and for men specifically, it simply means to lose weight and gain muscle.
Well the thing is that for me, I don’t really make new year’s resolutions because I don’t wait for the new year to do something for self-improvement. I usually start a resolution immediately after I have given some thought about it. But to be honest, I still do have some troubles on how to keep track and stick with resolution plans.
So I’d like to ask: Do your resolutions work? What will you do to make it happen for 2008?
