Hi Chris,
Great review! that’s my current go to crossfit shoes! It gets more mileage than my Nike Metcon, Free X Metcon and NB Minimus. The Sprint TR performs best when multitude of exercises are thrown at you where you need to do quick sprints that need lateral support to short 1mile to 5K runs and heavy accessory lifts like deadlifts and squats to olympic lifting like snatches and Cleans. For me this is the shoes for double unders due to its flexibility and lightness that’s why Sprint TR performs excellently on plyo movements like box jumps.
