I got bored with formal black slacks the other day so I went straight to the department store to find something new that I could wear at the office and other formal occasions.
While in SM Department store, I couldn’t help not to take a second look at Sahara’s new set of formal trousers. Why? It’s because they look like jeans!

If not because of its color, I would have mistaken this for jeans because the texture and material used is similar to the usual blue jeans. While they are really nice and trendy to wear, I have this odd feeling that I may get apprehended for not following the formal dress code. Many will probably think “WTF, are those jeans?”. But hey, who cares? This is the modern men’s formal wear and I’m loving it!

can be considered casual but there are pinstripped ones used for formal/corporate too!

This one looks pretty slick…works for call center agents and students who wants to look sharp…but I don’t think this would work if you’re scheduled for a job interview…

i just went shopping 4 my valentines day outfit, a bought one of these sahara troussers at sm, costing p1100, they are great looking, it has a little shine with it!!!

i tried one of these just the other day. i was shopping for formal trousers that does not look very formal. i was actually surprised to see something as nice in sm department store. i would have purchased something from top man or zara or celio but their trousers are really expensive. for something that i’d wear only for the event i was to go to, buying something expensive is not practical. the sahara trouser was a pleasant surprise. unfortunately, they ran out of the size i was looking for!
franz – maybe you can try it in other sm deparment stores. this one’s really nice.
